The use of this service may be terminated by the end user at any time. Termination of the service can be requested by contacting EventKey. Upon termination, active data will be removed from the system, while any backups will not be deleted.

EventKey reserves the right to retain and use participant data after the conclusion of an event, solely for purposes related to the event for which the person in question was registered. This data will not be used for other purposes.

We reserve the right to modify, supplement or remove the information on this website at any time and without prior notice. We are not obliged to keep the information on this website/service up to date or available. EventKey has the right to terminate any form of service without giving reason or notification.

By using this website/service, you agree that it is your own responsibility to regularly check for changes to this disclaimer.
